The course is usually in ok condition. The greens are usually kinda slow but they roll fairly smooth. Fairways are usually in pretty good shape also.
The layout is actually pretty descent here, especially for the price. This is kind of a hidden gem in my opinion, from the standpoint of how much it costs and the playability of the course. There are some short holes but also some very challenging holes, especially the 17th. Gives you a variety of shots throughout the course.
Pace of play is usually good here, they have little GPS units on the cart that help keep things moving. Usually play in around 4 hours.
Customer service is good, very nice staff.
Practice facilities are a little weak, the driving ranch is not great, the balls are terrible, they have a putting/chipping green.
Overall not a bad value for what you pay. I think most will be suprised by the quality of the layout here.
