Great conditions overall, greens were excellent and the course is very well maintained. One of the best conditioned public golf courses in the San Diego area, in my opinion.

This course has a very nice layout to it, challenging but not overly difficult where it makes it a struggle all day long. Not overly long but not short either, quite a few doglegs. Very fun to play, can make birdies but also bogies if you are sloppy.

Pace of play is great, never had to wait to hit a shot out here.

The customer service is the best of any public course I have played in the San Diego area. They treat you like royalty from start to finish here.

The driving range is a bit weak here, you have to hit straight up a big hill and the balls are limited distance balls that are very soft and mushy. They just didn’t have enough land for a good driving range. Just hit a few and then go play.

Great course overall, a bit pricy to play on a regular basis but a nice change once in a while. If price is not an issue I would definitely recommend Aviara.
