This course has a pretty descent layout, especially for the price. It has some really good par 3’s. The par 5’s are short and offer good chances for birdies or eagles. The layout offers a variety of shots and is fun to play. Lots of holes have a creek to one side or the other that will gobble up errant tee shots.
The conditions are ok. Not bad but not great. But for the price it is worth it. Greens roll ok, fair amount of break to lots of putts, fairways are firm, which I like.
Pace of play is pretty good, usually play in about 4 hours or so.
The customer service was good, everyone was nice and friendly.
They have a small driving range and a putting and chipping are.
Overall, I really think this course offers good value for the price. I keep this course in my regular rotation as a local here to San Diego.
